- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Toppings
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked crispy bacon bits
- ¼ cup diced green onions
- ½ cup sour cream

Prepare the FriesWash, peel, and cut the potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry.
Cook the Fries
For deep-frying: Heat oil to 375°F (190°C) and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
For baking: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C), toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
For air-frying: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Melt the CheesePlace hot fries on a baking sheet, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Add the ToppingsSprinkle crispy bacon and diced green onions over the fries.
Drizzle the SauceAdd a drizzle of sour cream and ranch dressing over the loaded fries.
Serve and EnjoyServe immediately while hot, with extra sauce on the side if desired.
- For extra crispy fries, double-fry them: First at 325°F (160°C) for 5 minutes, then again at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.
- Want a healthier version? Use sweet potato fries and replace sour cream with Greek yogurt.
- Customize it! Try adding pulled pork, jalapeños, guacamole, or caramelized onions for a unique twist.
- To prevent soggy fries, avoid adding too many toppings and serve immediately after assembling.
